Media Center Mission Statement
At the Jones Middle School Media Center, our mission is to empower all students by providing access to a diverse range of print and digital resources that support content learning, inquiry, critical thinking, and technology education. We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where teachers, students, and parents work together to create authentic and relevant learning opportunities. We promote responsible digital citizenship and encourage exploration of cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence, to prepare students as lifelong learners and innovative thinkers who are ready for college and career success.

ALL rising 7th & 8th grade students are invited to check out up to 5 books during the week of May 11th - May 15th to read over the summer.
Please make sure you do not have any fines or missing books on your account.
Complete the permission slip & turn it into Ms. Hogan or Mr. Blagg.
Rising 6th graders, you are invited to check out books on Thursday, May 14th from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM.
Media Center Hours
All students are welcome in the Media Center! The JMS Media Center opens at 8:20 AM and closes at 4:00 PM daily. Students, you MUST have a pass if you are visiting the Media Center during tutoring, homeroom, or class time. The only exception is if you are with a teacher or staff member.
